Shipping Policy — The Greek Edit
Order Processing & Production
Many Greek Edit pieces are made to order or finished after your order is placed.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipment. Many orders ship sooner.
During high-volume periods such as recruitment, holidays, or major product launches, production may take the full processing window. If significant delays occur, we will communicate updates.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time selected at checkout.
Shipping Options
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value and selected delivery speed.
Economy Shipping
Orders under $75 → $6.95
Orders $75 – $149 → $9.95
Orders $150+ → Free Economy Shipping
Economy transit time typically ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment.
Priority Shipping
Expedited shipping option available at checkout.
Transit time typically 2–3 business days after shipment.
Express Shipping
Fastest shipping option available at checkout.
Transit time typically 1–2 business days after shipment.
Important Shipping Notes
Shipping speed selected at checkout reflects carrier transit time after production is complete.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
The Greek Edit is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or carrier processing delays.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, The Greek Edit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with filing a carrier claim when possible.
Multiple Shipments
Most orders ship in one package. In rare cases, items may ship separately based on production timing, vendor shipments, or product type.
Tracking will be provided for each shipment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly after being placed. Because many items are made to order, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
